Norwich City midfielder Darel Russell has paid tribute to the Canary travelling fans who watched them lose in the first two games of the season.
More than 2,000 supporters made the trips to Coventry and Milton Keynes but did not even witness a Norwich goal.
"I can't believe we've such great away support and I feel sorry for them," Russell told BBC Radio Norfolk.
"We need to put a performance on for them, and show confidence, passion, strength and will to score."
He added: "It becomes a habit to miss chances but we're out on the training field and we'll continue to work on it.
"Losing to MK Dons will give us a kick up the butt and we've got to use that as a positive to go forward."
Russell will bid to retain his place in the Norwich starting line-up for their first home game of the season against Blackpool on Saturday.
