Norwich City manager Glenn Roeder has appointed Simon Spencer as the club's new head physio.

Spencer joined after Neal Reynolds left the post to work as assistant to Gary Lewyn at Arsenal.

Spencer left the Football Association's youth set-up to join the Canaries and was previously at West Bromwich Albion.

He told the club's official website: "I have met the manager and am excited about the prospect of coming to Norfolk and working with him and the players."
