Gray's side have conceded eight goals in their last three games
Northampton Town manager Stuart Gray admits that he is responsible for the current form of the team.
The Cobblers lost 3-1 to Barnet in their last League Two fixture, having taken the lead in the first half.
Gray told BBC Radio Northampton: "When you win games, it's the players that get the glory.
"But I'm responsible for results, and losing 3-1 at home is not an acceptable result. I am judged on results and it can quickly change."
Speaking about the pressure managers experience from chairmen and fans, Gray denied that he was concerned about anything other than the team's performances.
"That's an external pressure I'm not in control of," he said.
"I want to win games of football, if people want to make those decisions then I'm not going to worry about that."
