Gray's side are yet to concede a goal at home in League Two
Northampton Town manager Stuart Gray says that he is looking at bringing in an "experienced goalkeeper" on loan.
The current Cobblers number one, Chris Dunn, made mistakes in the 3-2 loss to Burton Albion, but saved two penalties against Wycombe Wanderers in midweek.
Gray told BBC Radio Northampton: "The goalkeeper is there to be shot at, and if they make a mistake, they tend to get punished.
"Once the window opens for loans there might be some movement."
Gray confirmed a fee was agreed with Swansea City for striker Adebayo Akinfenwa but the deal fell through at the last moment.
"Adebayo is still a Northampton Town player and he'll give 100% like he's done in every game he's played in," Gray added.
Akinfenwa is expected to be fit for the match against Barnet. Luke Guttridge is to return to training and could feature in a game for the Northampton Town reserves against Peterborough next Tuesday.
