Dunn has conceded only one goal in League Two this season
Two Northampton Town players say that the team meeting after the Chesterfield game has made a huge impact.
The Cobblers lost 1-0 to the Spireites, but have since won two games, scoring five and without conceding a goal.
Goalkeeper Chris Dunn told BBC Radio Northampton: "We got together, discussed what we could do better and we've gone on from there.
"I'm happy with my performances, now we've got to carry that on and as a team drive on from here."
Midfielder Andy Holt was named man of the match against Bournemouth.
He told BBC Radio Northampton: "We ironed out a few differences and it's showed in the performances.
We've played four games if we can keep being tight at the back then we know we're going to get chances and win more games

"We realised we needed to put more pressure on the ball, and when we've got the ball, we need to relax and pass the ball better."
The 31-year-old also praised his side's defence.
"We've played four games if we can keep being tight at the back then we know we're going to get chances and win more games.
"Our centre-halves have been fantastic."
Ben Marshall, on loan from Stoke City, made an assist and scored in the win over Bournemouth.
"Marshall has pace, he cuts inside, he goes down the line, he gets the crosses in, provides and scores. He never gives up. He's settled the goal and deserved the reward with the goal," Holt added.
Northampton Town next travel to Burton Albion in League Two, on Saturday.
