Northampton Town manager Stuart Gray says the mood at Sixfields has been lifted after they recorded their first win of the season on Tuesday.

The Cobblers ended a 493 minute goal drought with a 3-0 away win at Accrington Stanley.

Gray told BBC Radio Northampton: "It's amazing what a win does, I am a lot happier with that result.

"But we have got to build on this now, it is only one win, there's plenty more games to go."

Gray also confirmed that Abdul Osman will have last-minute fitness test before Saturday's home match against second placed Bournemouth.
