Morecambe have signed Carlisle midfielder Kevan Hurst and free agent Andy Holdsworth, but allowed Will Haining to join Fleetwood on loan.
Hurst, 25, has scored five goals in 50 games for Carlisle and joins Morecambe on loan for the rest of the season.
Holdsworth, 26, who can play in defence and midfield, was released by Oldham this week after just 15 games in two years and joins until the summer.
Defender Haining, 28, has joined Blue Square Bet Premier Town for one month.
