Morecambe boss Sammy McIlroy has added goalkeeper Joe Lewis and defender Simon Grand to his squad. Lewis, 19, has moved to Christie Park on loan from Norwich City in a deal running until the end of December.
Former Carlisle and Rochdale centre-back Grand, 23, has agreed a 12-month deal after leaving Grimsby Town at the end of last season.
Meanwhile, captain Jim Bentley and left-back Michael Howard have signed one-year extensions to their contracts.
