Morecambe goalkeeper Scott Davies has signed a new one-year contract with the Football League newcomers. Davies, 20, started just one Conference game during the regular 2006/07 season, while coming on as a substitute twice.
However, he was called into action for the play-off semi-final second leg and final, following an injury to Shrimps number one Steven Drench.
"I'm delighted to have signed again and I am looking forawrd to the season," Davies told Morecambe's website.
He recently had a trial with League One side Gillingham.
