Striker Paul Connor is desperate to help Mansfield Town overcome Luton in the FA Trophy semi-final on Saturday and finally realise his Wembley dream.
Connor, 32, was at Stoke when they beat Bristol City in the Football League Trophy in 2000 but he did not play.
And with the Stags 1-0 up going into Saturday's second leg at Kenilworth Road, Connor told BBC Radio Nottingham he does not want to miss out again.
"I've come this close again and I'm going to give it my all," he said.
"At this part of my career...when you get to this age you start to think 'Am I ever going to get another chance?'.

"I was involved in the squad [for Stoke] but I never made the bench and I haven't been back since.

"We know what it means to the club and the fans and the players as well. A lot of players haven't had the chance to play there."
