Mansfield Town have extended the loan deal of Grimsby goalkeeper Ed Eley for a further two months.
Eley's deal was renewed on Tuesday, keeping him at Field Mill until the end of the year.
He told the Stags website: "I'm delighted. I had returned to Grimsby but received a phone call to come back, so I got straight on the motorway."
The 18-year-old has played understudy to Alan Marriott since joining from Blundell Park a month ago.
