Mansfield Town have revealed they will close parts of Field Mill this season to cut down on stewarding costs.
Certain sections of the North Stand, West Stand and the Quarry Lane End will be cordoned off, unless the size of the crowd is big enough to reopen them.
Chairman Andy Perry said: "It was well known last season we were concerned about our stewarding costs.
"We don't want to cut the gaffer's budget and we feel stewarding is one area we can make big savings."
A small number of season ticket holders will have to move seats, but Perry hopes supporters will see the bigger picture.
Promotion is top of our agenda with a good cup run as well

"We spoke to the Safety Advisory Group and decided to make some alterations to some of the stadium seating," he added.
"The seats can always be used if we have a big match in the FA Cup against Manchester United or Chelsea, when the bigger crowd would cover the cost of extra stewarding.
"Promotion is top of our agenda with a good cup run as well. Cutting the playing budget would not be conducive to wanting to move forward."
