Mansfield Town have enquired about the availability of Scunthorpe United winger Peter Winn for a loan move.

The Stags have registered their interest with Scunthorpe and are hoping to find the 19-year-old some regular first team football.

Winn signed for Scunthorpe in October 2006, but has been limited to four league appearances from the bench.

Mansfield manager Billy McEwan has made no secret of his desire to bring in new players on loan at Field Mill.
