Mansfield Town winger Michael Blackwood says the Stags' style of play has helped him settle in at Field Mill.
The 28-year-old has scored three times already this season, helping Mansfield to the top of the Blue Square Premier.
"The style we play makes me and Nathan [Arnold] get in the box and get into the holes to get goals ourselves," he told BBC Radio Nottingham.
"We've got the licence to do that from Billy [McEwan] as well. I think it's working quite well in that aspect."

"It's one of my aims this season to score more goals," he said.
"As a winger I think it's very important to get eight or nine goals, probably double figures. It takes the pressure off the strikers as well."
