Mansfield Town chairman Andy Perry has said manager Billy McEwan can bring in more players on loan if required.

The Stags are currently top of the Blue Square Premier but only have a small squad after huge changes in the summer.

"We sat down with a budget at the start of the season and he (McEwan) hasn't spent all his budget yet," Perry told BBC Radio Nottingham.

"No doubt he's looking at loan players when we can go back in the market to strengthen in the areas he requires."
