Livingston wages row rumbles on

Livingston players celebrate a goal at Almondvale
Livingston are nine points off top spot in Division One

Livingston players are once again involved in a dispute about the late issuing of their wages.

In January, players at Almondvale threatened strike action over the repeated delays in receiving payment.

Playing staff expect their salaries on the last Thursday of the month but club owner Angelo Massone insists wages can be paid on the final day of the month.

A club source told BBC Scotland that the players will receive their wages by early next week, which will be March.
