Lincoln City's pre-season friendly against an Arsenal XI ended in a 3-2 defeat at Sincil Bank.
The Imps goals came through Aaron Brown and striker Chris Fagan, 20, who signed this summer.
"There were a lot of good performances and I was really pleased with my players," Imps boss Peter Jackson told BBC Radio Lincolnshire.
Jackson also confirmed that he was interested in signing trialist striker Paul Connor.
"We need to bring a forward in and we've been in talks with Connor's agent and hopefully that will go through," he added.
