Lincoln City striker Jamie Forrester has revealed he would like to stay at Sincil Bank next season.

Forrester is one of eight first-team players who will be out of contract this summer, along with Mark Stallard, Alan Marriott and captain Scott Kerr.

The 33-year-old told BBC Radio Lincolnshire: "I've had a fantastic two years here and really enjoyed myself.

"My family are very settled but obviously Lincoln have got to want me and it all depends on them."

The Imps management team are expected to give details of the club's retained list next week.

Forrester goes into the final match at home to relegated Wrexham as joint-leading scorer along with Ben Wright.
