Leicester City striker Martyn Waghorn says the international break is an ideal chance to rest and recover following a frantic few weeks.
The Foxes find themselves in third spot in the Championship despite Saturday's defeat against West Brom.
Waghorn told BBC Radio Leicester: "The international break has maybe come at the right time what with all the injuries and knocks we have got.
"It's a chance to recharge our batteries and we will be raring to go."
Waghorn said the defeat against the high-flying Baggies should encourage them in their quest for promotion.
"We are joint third but lying sixth on goal difference so we are still in a very good position," Waghorn said.
"West Brom have just come down and they are a very good side but the fact we could easily have beaten them shows we are also a good side."
