Foxes delighted at Davies' return

Mark Davies
Davies is due to remain at Leicester until 1 February

Leicester City captain Matt Oakley says he was delighted to see on-loan midfielder Mark Davies score on his return to the Foxes on Saturday.

Davies went back to his parent club Wolves after his first loan spell expired last Saturday.

But he was on the score sheet in the Foxes' 3-0 win over Leyton Orient after agreeing another one-month loan deal.

Oakley told BBC Radio Leicester: "The manager was desperate to get Mark back and it was nice to see him return."

Oakley, who also hit the target on Saturday, added: "I'm very impressed with Mark.

"He links up very well with Kingy [Andy King], which enables me to get into the areas I'm getting into at the moment."

Paul Dickov sealed the Foxes' home victory with a late penalty.

Leicester are five points clear of MK Dons at the top of League One.
