Pearson saw his side throw a two-goal lead away at the weekend
Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson has urged his side to be "more ruthless" after their 2-2 draw at Swindon on Saturday.
The Foxes had led 2-0 thanks to goals from Matt Oakley and Matty Fryatt, but conceded two in the final six minutes.
Pearson told BBC Radio Leicester: "We need to be more ruthless and that's something over the course of the season we've got to get better at.
"We weathered the storm and have then given two poor goals away."
Leicester also lost top spot in League One and are now a point behind new leaders Scunthorpe.
Pearson added: "We have to work hard to stop crosses and it was a lack of concentration and application at the end. It's about seeing those games out and we didn't do it."
