Kidderminster Harriers have been charged with misconduct by the board of the Football Conference.
The Blue Square Bet Premier side are alleged to have submitted misleading financial information.
Harriers will appear before an independent commission within the next two weeks before a verdict is given.
The club are struggling financially and have asked supporters to help raise £150,000 by the end of the month with another £50,000 needed in January.
