Kidderminster Harriers defender Lee Vaughan praised the side's character after they fought back from a goal down with 10 men to draw 1-1 at Kettering.
Chris McPhee grabbed a late equaliser for Harriers after Aaron Griffiths was sent off for violent conduct.
"Being a goal down and having a man sent off would have killed most teams in this league, but it didn't," Vaughan told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"It didn't feel like we had 10 men. We worked hard and finished the better."
But Vaughan was disappointed with the manner of Kettering's goal, scored early on by Brett Solkhon.
"We all had men to pick up and someone didn't, but that happens," he added. "But we reacted well to come back."
