Kidderminster Harriers end their pre-season with a win
Burr's side have won their last six pre-season friendly matches
Kidderminster Harriers rounded off their pre-season programme with a 3-0 victory at Hednesford Town.
The Aggborough club's manager Steve Burr felt it was a good workout for his side ahead of their opening Blue Square Bet Premier game at York City.
"The real test will be next week but it winning matches gives us confidence," he told BBC Hereford & Worcester.
"The only downside is that we have possibly lost two players to injuries in John Finnigan and Tom Sharpe."
Harriers got off to a flying start when Chris McPhee pounced to put them ahead after only 12 seconds.
Lee Morris then doubled the lead two minutes before the interval.
We are going to be in for a tough season, without a shadow of a doubt

Keith Briggs finished off a move at the far post seven minutes from time to wrap up what was Harriers' sixth successive victory in their pre-season programme.
Burr felt his side had coped well with the tricky conditions.
"I thought the lads did well today as the pitch was quite difficult out there," he added.
"I think the rain helped with the surface and we managed to pass it about well.
"It was nice to create a few chances and get a few goals again."
Burr says pre-season has gone as well as he could have hoped for although he does acknowledge one or two players he would have liked to have brought to the club ended up going elsewhere.
"You can't have regrets as you move on but we did miss one or two targets early on," he admitted.
"But that is one of those things and I am pleased with the squad of players that we have got in.
"We are going to be in for a tough season, without a shadow of a doubt. When you look at this division and some of the clubs that are in there.
"But we want to compete and we will do and I think the supporters have been pleasantly surprised by the commitment already shown by the players."
