Kidderminster Harriers have signed former Stalybridge winger Dave Hankin on a two-year deal.
The 25-year-old, who arrived at Bower Fold last summer, began his career with Preston before spells at Clitheroe and Bamber Bridge.
"I am really looking forward to working with Dave again, he is a player with real potential," boss Steve Burr said.
"He can get on the ball, run at defenders and get crosses into the box while he is also a big presence."
Hankin made 40 appearances in the Blue Square North as Stalybridge once again pushed on towards the play-off places.
He is the second Celtic player to make the switch to Aggborough this summer after Keith Briggs also agreed a two-year contract.
Burr says there was plenty of competition for Hankin's signature but Harriers' location worked to their advantage.
"There were clubs interested in Dave but he has just moved into the Birmingham area," he said.
"That is a real plus for us as geographically it is ideal for the player."
