Yates was furious with Oxford's James Clarke for a second year running
Kidderminster boss Mark Yates was angry with the penalty decision that saw Oxford beat them 1-0 on Tuesday.
Referee Amy Rayner at first denied the U's a penalty but changed her mind when a linesman flagged and ex-Harriers striker James Constable scored.
Yates said: "I don't want to get in trouble, but the ref's 10 yards away and she shook her head, and she lets a kid 50 yards away influence her.
"She's got to be brave enough to stick with her decision."
"I'm not one for sour grapes, but we got done by a poor goal, a penalty that never is and we didn't recover from it," he added.
Yates also launched a broadside at Oxford youngster James Clarke, who was involved in an incident last season when Constable was sent off while playing for Kidderminster.
What [James Clarke] did was really poor for a professional and I would not want him in my team

Andy Ferrell was booked in a clash with the U's defender, which Yates was far from happy with.
"What [Clarke] did was really poor for a professional and I would not want him in my team. He has history with us.
"We are disappointed but we have not lost faith, and the big word now for us is belief.
"We played some good stuff but maybe we were a bit too intricate at times.
"Credit to them, Darren Patterson had them fired up, but we live to fight another day."
