Kettering Town have brought in Romanian winger Claudiu Hoban and Stafford Rangers midfielder Liam McDonald.
McDonald, 25, had joined Stafford from Barwell at the end of October.
Nineteen-year-old Hoban, a former Leicester youth player, makes the switch from Northampton Spencer after a two-week trial with the Poppies.
Boss Marcus Law told BBC Radio Northampton: "Claudiu impressed us in training and he might be able to earn himself a permanent deal in January."
McDonald is Law's second signing with links to his previous club Barwell, after Nick Green arrived earlier in the month.
