Imraan Ladak resigns role as Kettering Town chairman

Imraan Ladak has decided to stand down as chairman of Kettering Town, but will remain their owner.
Ladak has expressed frustrations at the Blue Square Premier club's failure to secure a ground for when their lease at Rockingham Road expires in 2013.
"I don't have the time to fulfil the role. And I'm disappointed with how our ground solution has fallen apart," Ladak told BBC Radio Northampton.
"At the moment there isn't a real future for the football club."
Ladak added: "There is nothing more I can do. It's impossible for us to build a stadium before our lease runs out now.
"I'm devastated about that."
Ladak insists that he will not moving clubs, nor will he be selling the club or failing to honour commitments to paying players and staff. But player-manager Lee Harper will not be able to call on the same level of investment for transfers or wages that was available to his predecessor Mark Cooper.
"I'm not pulling the plug," added Ladak. "But I'm not going to be putting as much money into the playing squad, because it's illogical to do so.
"Spare cash is to be saved or used for trying to secure future for the football club.
"Lee won't have a relegation level budget, but he won't have the budget that Mark Cooper had."
