Sunderland midfielder Jack Colback has returned to Ipswich Town for his second loan spell with the club.
The 20-year-old, who played 41 times for Town last season, will be at Portman Road until January.
His only first-team football this season came as a late substitute in Sunderland's 2-0 League Cup win over Colchester in August.
The Black Cats youth product is in contention for a place in the side to face Coventry on Saturday.
