Naylor steps up bid for fitness
Ipswich defender Richard Naylor has been given the all-clear to step up his rehabilitation following surgery to repair damaged cartilage in a toe.

The 30-year-old has been on the sidelines since March.

Ipswich physio Matt Byard told the club website: "Richard is making great progress and is meeting his targets.

"The specialist has told him he can now increase his rehabilitation to include jogging and running in a straight line, which he's started this week."
