Morais and Gatheussi have been out of favour under Mixu Paatelainen
Inverness manager Craig Brewster has been busy bolstering his squad, with Latvian defender Pavels Mihadjuks the latest January acquisition.
Hibernian duo Thierry Gatheussi and Filipe Morais have also made the move to the Highlands, with all three signing on until the end of the season.
International clearance arrived for Mihadjuks on Saturday.
The trio are therefore all available for the Scottish Cup home tie with Partick Thistle.
Of the new arrivals from Easter Road, Brewster said: "I think they are two good signings who will keep everybody at the club on their toes.
"Morais is the type of player that we don't really have at the club. He has real pace and I'm excited about seeing what he can do for us.
"I've played against Gathuessi once or twice and watched him on a couple of occasions.
Thierry Gatheussi is competitive and has good energy and I'm looking forward to seeing how he does

"He hasn't really featured much at Hibs this season and I just thought he would be a good player to have.
"He is competitive and has good energy and I'm looking forward to seeing how he does."
Both players were signed by previous Hibs manager John Collins.
Gatheussi, who arrived in summer 2007 after leaving French club Sete, has made 25 appearances for Hibs.
But the 26-year-old, who has also played for Montpellier, Cannes and once for Cameroon, has not made a first-team appearance this season under Mixu Paatelainen.
Former Chelsea and Millwall 23-year-old Morais has played 36 times for Hibs since arriving from St Johnstone in 2007 but made the last of his four appearances this season in August.
Central defender Mihadjuks had arrived on trial this week, along with attacking midfielder Vladimir Kolesnicenko, his team-mate at Latvian champions Ventspils.
