Hull City have submitted a report to the Football Association about an alleged spitting incident involving Cesc Fabregas at the Emirates Stadium.
The allegation followed the Tigers' FA Cup quarter-final defeat by Arsenal on 17 March.
Hull claim that Fabregas spat in the direction of their assistant manager Brian Horton at the end of the game.
Tigers boss Phil Brown, Horton and fitness coach Sean Rush have submitted reports of the allegations to the FA.
The FA have confirmed receipt of material from the Tigers but refused to make any further comment.
They say the matter will be given "due consideration".
