Cadamarteri played 50 games for Huddersfield before moving to Scotland

Huddersfield Town have re-signed their former striker Danny Cadamarteri until the end of the season.

Cadamarteri, 31, left the Terriers in 2009 to join Scottish Premier League side Dundee United but his deal was cancelled by mutual consent last week.

Boss Lee Clark told the club website: "We all knew what Danny was capable of from his first spell at the club and this move made total sense.

"He's a great character and will fit straight back into the squad."
