Huddersfield Town manager Lee Clark says that midfielder Anthony Kay is yet to hit his best, after netting three goals in six appearances this season.
Clark told BBC Radio Leeds: "He's competitive, he's robust and he competes very well.
"He hasn't hit the heights of what he hit with Tranmere last season in terms of performances and he knows that - he's an honest boy.
"There is more to come from Anthony Kay, we're 100% sure of that."
The 26-year-old signed from Tranmere Rovers, where he was their player of the year.
He made 82 appearances, scoring 12 goals, for them before joining Huddersfield this summer.
