Antony Kay struck a 78-minute winner as Huddersfield twice came from behind to beat MK Dons and move up to third place in League One.
Jemal Johnson opened the scoring for the hosts on 47 minutes before Jordan Rhodes replied with his seventh goal of the season eight minutes later.
Jermaine Easter put the Dons back ahead just before the hour but Theo Robinson replied immediately for the Terriers.
Kay settled it before Lewis Gobern hit the bar for the Dons in injury time.
MK Dons manager Paul Ince told BBC Three Counties Radio:
"I feel for the players. The second half they were different class, especially attacking-wise. If you switch off and don't defend, sometimes you get punished for it.
"It was a harsh result today because they had three shots and scored three goals. We had enough chances, especially at 1-0. "
Huddersfield manager Lee Clark told BBC Radio Leeds:
"We have all the attributes to become a decent side.
"We know we have the attacking flair, the skill and the goals in the side, but we showed great character and determination today.
"To come back not once but twice and then win the game shows the great character and spirit we have in this club.
"We scored some great goals too and tribute to all the guys for this great win."
