Huddersfield Town winger Gary Roberts has received a retrospective red card for his part in a scuffle during Saturday's defeat by Bristol Rovers.
The 25-year-old will now face a three-match ban after the referee viewed footage of the incident after the game.
Huddersfield chief executive Nigel Clibbens told the club's website: "We will move on and put it behind us.
"The club has chosen to admit the charge of misconduct and Gary will not appeal his red card."
Clibbens added: "The recording of the incident does not make pleasant viewing. It could and should have been avoided."
Roberts will miss the next three games, starting with the Carling Cup tie against Newcastle United.
The Terriers have also been charged with misconduct after failing to control one of their players during the 1-0 loss to Rovers.
