Huddersfield Town have appointed Sean Jarvis to their board of directors.
The 42-year-old has become the Terriers new commercial director, to add to his current responsibilities as director of business development.
"I am delighted to have been asked to join the board of directors at Huddersfield Town; it is a great honour for me," Jarvis told the Town website.
Meanwhile Ann Hough will combine her current club secretary job with a new role of operations director.
Jarvis moved from Oldham Athletic in 2006 to take up a joint role as director of business development for both Town and the rugby league side the Huddersfield Giants.
His responsibilities were moved totally to the football club in July 2008 and his elevation to the board follows resignation of both Roger Armitage and Ralph Rimmer from the club's board on Monday.
