Hereford United manager John Trewick says he is happy to wait in order to bring in the right players for their return to League Two.
He told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "I'm looking to bring in at least one, hopefully two within the next week.
"But that still leaves room for at least a couple more and if I have to go a bit longer then I will."
United were defeated 3-2 by local rivals Kidderminster Harriers in a pre-season warm-up match this week.

Trewick said the game was a useful test for Bull's upcoming season following their relegation from League One.
"We've worked on certain aspects over pre-season and there are still many other aspects we've got to work on," he said.
"We overplayed it at times and got a little bogged down but we learnt from it and we know what we'll do in similar situations if it occurs again."
