Craig Gordon is angry at missing recent matches |
Craig Gordon's agent will seek answers from Hearts after the Scotland goalkeeper was once again axed from the first-team squad on Saturday. The 24-year-old is known to be angry at missing the game against Inverness.
And agent Andy Evans told The Sun: "All I can do now is try and work on the way ahead for Craig. We must seek clarification for why he's not playing.
"There have been many reasons, but we need to know why. Claims he's affected by transfer rumours are nonsense."
That was the latest suggestion by Hearts head coach Valdas Ivanauskas after Gordon was not even on the bench for Saturday's 1-0 victory.
Gordon was linked with moves to Fulham and the Moscow clubs CSKA and Spartak before the January transfer window closed.

Hearts had declared him available for transfer and appeared keen to cash in on their most valuable player.
The Edinburgh club signed two Lithuanian goalkeepers during the January transfer window.
And, on Saturday, it was announced after the game that Steve Banks, who has impressed in Gordon's absence from the side, had been given a new contract.
But Ivanauskas has insisted that Gordon is not being frozen out because he rejected a January move out of Tynecastle.
His agent, meanwhile, insists that the goalkeeper has not been affected psychologically by the transfer speculation.
"If it was because of that, why isn't he back in the side now the transfer window is closed?" Evans asked.
"If he has no future at the club then we will start working towards that as well.
"We can't demand him to be in the side though. We can only demand the reason for it."
