Grimsby Town have signed former Bournemouth striker Alan Connell on a two-year deal with the club having an option of a further year.
The 27-year-old was released by the Cherries this summer after 119 appearances and 19 goals during two spells at the club.
The former Ipswich trainee has played for Torquay, Hereford and Brentford. He is set to make his Grimsby Town debut in Tuesday's second pre-season friendly at Frickley Athletic.
