Grays Athletic manager Mike Woodward says he is not panicking about his side's poor start to the season.
The Blues have lost four matches on the trot and currently sit fourth from bottom of the Blue Square Premier.
But Woodward told BBC Essex: "It's a long season - you can win four and lose four and there are some teams who are going to have the same as us.
"We've got the ability in the changing room. You don't become a bad side overnight, it's just self belief."
He added: "If it has to be, there will be some massive changes."
Grays lost their latest match to Crawley on Tuesday night and have only picked up four points from seven games.
However, Woodward remains positive: "Hopefully we can resurge our season. It's [only] seven games, but don't read too much into it at the moment - there's a long, long way to go."
The Essex side will look to get their season back on track on Sunday when they host Kidderminster Harriers.
