Grays were left seeking their first away win of the league campaign after a 2-1 defeat by Crawley.

The visitors made the ideal start when when Barry Cogan's in-swinging corner was turned in at the far post by Jamie Taylor after just six minutes.

But Crawley hit back 15 minutes later when Lewis Killeen 's 18-yard strike beat goalkeeper Ross Flitney.

And Simon Weatherstone secured the three points when he netted five minutes before half time.
