Grays Athletic coach John Yems has left the club by mutual consent. Yems had joined Grays last August, initially as chief scout, following his sacking by Crawley Town in May.
He had spent most of 2006/07 in joint caretaker charge of the Red Devils along with David Woozley and Ben Judge, and helped them escape relegation.
In October, Yems was promoted to head coach under manager Justin Edinburgh, but departed before Saturday's 0-0 draw at Oxford, with Grays in mid-table.
