| Grays Athletic have appointed former Crawley Town coach John Yems as their chief scout, reports BBC Essex. Yems was part of the management team that helped the Sussex side avoid relegation from what is now the Blue Square Premier last season. The Red Devils avoided the drop despite having a 10-point deduction for entering administration but Yems was sacked in May. Former Fulham coach Yems was appointed by Crawley in November last year.
