Grays Athletic have replaced first-team coach Jimmy Dack with John Yems, who steps up from his role as chief scout. Yems, Crawley's joint caretaker-manager last season who has also held coaching positions with Fulham and Millwall has been at Grays since August.
Grays have also transfer-listed Andy Sambrook, Charley Hearn, James Lawson and Craig McAllister.
Striker McAllister, 27, has signed for Rushden and Diamonds in a loan deal running until January.
