Ebbsfleet United boss Liam Daish says his side are not just playing for their FA Trophy places but also their long-term futures at the club.
Fleet's outside chance of making the Blues Square Premier play-offs looks bleak following three straight defeats.
Daish told BBC Radio Kent: "There's more to play for than Trophy places, there're contracts to be sorted out, and futures - I want to do that."
Ebbsfleet will play Torquay in the FA Trophy final in May.
Daish has been left disappointed by the results in the league since Fleet beat Aldershot in the Trophy semi-finals.
He believes the side needs to get back to working more as a team and less as individuals.
