Gillingham striker Andy Pugh has joined Welling United on a month's loan after struggling to break into the side.
The 20-year-old spent two weeks with Dover earlier in the season, and should be in the squad for the Wings' FA Trophy clash with Tonbridge.
"Andy's going to go to Welling and get some football," Gills manager Mark Stimson told BBC Radio Kent.
"He needs to play. The more they play, the more chance they have of improving," he added.
