Gillingham have made nine players available for loan or permanent transfer with immediate effect. Goalkeeper Kelvin Jack and defenders Craig Armstrong, Marvin Hamilton and Tom Bryant are not in the plans of boss Mark Stimson.
Midfielders Steve Lomas, Craig Stone and Aaron Brown are all surplus to requirements at the League One side.
Strikers Guylain Ndumbu-Nsungu and David Graham have also been listed by the Priestfield club.
