Gillingham boss Ronnie Jepson insists he "shares" fans' frustrations after their disappointing start. The Gills have lost all three of their league games, and also bowed out of the Carling Cup at the first hurdle.
"It is nice taking plaudits when things are going well - but when things are not going your way, you have to take the stick," he told the club website.
"If I get stick, it won't affect me, but I just don't want the supporters giving the players stick."
