Gateshead have completed the permanent signing of midfielder Andy Ferrell, as well as loan deals for winger Peter Winn and defender Paul Heckingbottom.
Newcastle-born Ferrell, 26, joins the club from York City after spells with Watford, Hereford and Kidderminster.
Meanwhile, Scunthorpe winger Winn, 21, has rejoined Gateshead on loan until the end of the season.
Heckingbottom, 32, also joins Ian Bogie's squad from Mansfield Town until the end the season.
